About Christa Hope Larson, lCSW
You don’t have to carry this all on your own.
I offer a calm, compassionate space where women can slow down, feel seen, and begin healing without pressure, or judgement.
If you’re feeling emotionally exhausted, disconnected from yourself or God, or worn down from trying to stay strong, you’re not alone.
please Hear me when I say:
Being here doesn’t mean you’re weak. It means you’re strong.
Hi, I’m Christa Hope Larson, a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) based in Utah and I am so honored you are here. I work with women of faith who are navigating trauma, emotional exhaustion, life transitions, and spiritual disconnection.
Many of the women I support have spent years trying to do everything right or push through pain quietly - and are now feeling depleted, stuck, or disconnected from themselves, their families, or God. Therapy can be a place to pause, breathe, and begin reconnecting with yourself at a pace that feels safe.
How I work
At the core of my approach to therapy is a commitment to creating a space that feels safe, compassionate, and respectful.
In our work together, I focus on emotional safety, collaboration, and helping you feel supported as you process what you’ve been carrying. I draw from trauma-informed evidence-based therapies, including EMDR and parts-informed (IFS) approaches, to support healing in a way that feels grounded and manageable.
Therapy with me is…
-
Your experiences, needs, and pace guide our work together.
-
A space where you can show up honestly and feel met with compassion and care.
-
Your privacy, trust, and safety are always respected.
-
We work beneath the surface using evidence-based approaches like EMDR and IFS, at a pace that feels safe and supportive.
